The access to the Website and the use of Website services are subject to the acceptance of the General Terms of Use as well as the Privacy Policy.
When you access the Website (hereinafter, you are also referred to as the “User” or the “Users”,) it will be understood that you accept the General Terms of Use.
The General Terms of Use, together with the other legal terms and conditions stated above, regulate the access to and use of the Website. The Website is intended to provide Clients with comprehensive document translation services, training and consulting services; writing and management of content; cultural advice services; multicultural communication services, translation, review and localization of documents and/or texts; interpretation; software development and sale; delivery of IT and data processing services related to any services referred to herein, and management and consulting services related to information systems; project management, graphic design, web design; transcription; audio transcription, subtitling, close captioning, stenography, dubbing and pickup, in addition to making it possible for professionals to provide services, as well as any other service which Go Global may decide to provide in the future.
The Website offers Users the possibility to create an account through an online form that must be completed with the required data.
The Website only allows the registration of Users who are of age, i.e., 18 years old or older.
In order to complete the Website registration process, you must fill in the information fields requested on the “Vendor Portal” or “Client Portal”, as applicable. Users must set an e-mail address, provide their first and last names and create a personal and non-transferable password.
Users shall have full responsibility for the use of their User account. Therefore, Users are responsible for the correct custody and confidentiality of the username and/or passwords, as well as any data that shall enable access to their account, and they undertake not to grant its use to third parties, either on a temporary or permanent basis, nor to permit access to third parties.
Based on the above, Users must immediately notify Go Global at the e-mail indicated in paragraph 1 any improper use of their username and/or password, due to circumstances such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access to them, in order for Go Global to be able to cancel, block and/or disable them as soon as the improper use of the User account is reported. While such events are not reported, Go Global shall be exempt from any responsibility arising from the improper use of the usernames or passwords by unauthorized third parties.
Go Global will only be liable for the processing of the information from individuals whose data are stored or processed on the Website for its own purposes. We hereby make it clear that Go Global will not be liable for any potential damages arising from the use of the information provided on the Website.
In no event will Go Global be liable to the User for lost profits, loss of opportunities and/or any indirect consequence or damage resulting from any Website-related issue.
To be a User of the Website, you should be of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. In this respect, the User states that the information provided is true and that he/she has the required powers to perform the operations for which he/she is registering. In addition, the User guarantees and is liable, in all cases, for the truthfulness, validity and accuracy of the personal or corporate data and the information provided, and undertakes to observe these General Terms of Use and to act in accordance with the law, good conduct practices and good faith requirements, refraining from using the Website in any way that might hamper, damage or impair the normal operation of the site or the rights of other Users, Go Global or any third party.
Therefore, the User is responsible for the entry of information on the Website and for setting up a supplementary backup system, if necessary. Under no circumstance will Go Global be liable for any consequence arising from the previously mentioned situation, attributable to a registered User.
Furthermore, Go Global reserves the right to request, at any time, proof or supporting documentation to verify the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal and/or corporate information provided by the User.
Finally, Go Global reserves the right to reject any registration request or cancel a previously-accepted registration, and it will not be required to communicate or state the reasons for its decision. This will not give rise to any right to compensation.
It is expressly stated that Users are strictly forbidden to download and/or reproduce and/or assign to third parties any type of image taken from the Website, including by means of a photograph and/or screenshot, unless it is expressly permitted by Go Global. In this respect, you should know that you will be liable for any and all operations performed in your Account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your account, you should let Go Global know immediately.
The User Account is not property of the User, but a tool made available to you by Go Global to access the Website services. User Account sale, assignment and/or transfer are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

Finally, Go Global may remove any illegal content from the Website without prior notice. The User recognizes that it is not technically possible to achieve 100% Website availability. However, Go Global will strive to keep the Website available as constantly as possible. Go Global may modify, delete and/or add terms and/or conditions in any clause of this agreement, without the Client’s prior consent, in which case we will notify you of any such change.
Go Global reserves the right to change the Website structure at such time and in any such manner as Go Global may deem timely and convenient.

Any matter between Go Global and the User shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic and Spain, the courts of which will have jurisdiction to hear the case, as applicable, waiving any other rules which may refer to the application of any foreign law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts on Commercial Matters of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. In Spain, in accordance with Real Legislative Decree No. 1/2007, of November 16, through which the consolidated text of the General Consumers and Users Protection Act and other supplementary laws are approved, the parties undertake to appear before the Courts or Tribunals of the User’s place of residence.
Any delay or omission by Go Global to enforce the strict performance of these General Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of Go Global’s rights.
Go Global is concerned about defending the Users’ right to privacy. Therefore, Go Global takes any and all necessary technical and organizational measures on the Website to protect the security and integrity of the Personal Information in its system against any unauthorized access, as well as any unintended alteration, loss or destruction.
Users are hereby informed that their Personal Information will be stored using a cloud service and will be protected by security systems which prevent any unauthorized access by third parties to such information.
Data and/or Personal Information transmission by Users through the Website will be done in an encrypted manner and is protected by security techniques that ensure the secure transmission of data using the https protocol. Go Global makes its best effort to have the most up-to-date systems to ensure the effectiveness of these security systems on the Website.
