In order to complete the Website registration process, you must fill in the information fields requested on the “Vendor Portal” or “Client Portal”, as applicable. Users must set an e-mail address, provide their first and last names and create a personal and non-transferable password. Users are strictly forbidden to transfer their access passwords or allow other people to use them.

Go Global will only be liable for the processing of the information from individuals whose data are stored or processed on the Website for its own purposes. 6. Prohibited Practices by Users
It is expressly stated that Users are strictly forbidden to download and/or reproduce and/or assign to third parties any type of image taken from the Website, including by means of a photograph and/or screenshot, unless it is expressly permitted by Go Global. In this respect, you should know that you will be liable for any and all operations performed in your Account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your account, you should let Go Global know immediately.
The account is not property of the User, but a tool made available to you by Go Global to access the Website services. Account sale, assignment and/or transfer are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
Users are strictly forbidden to use offensive or slanderous content, regardless of whether such content affects other Users or other people or companies or not; disturb other Users (specially through spamming); use any legally-protected content (e.g. protected by laws related to intellectual property, brands, patents, utility models or aesthetic creations) without being entitled to do so; or advertise, offer or distribute legally-protected goods or services; as well as engage in or promote actions against free competition, including those intended to attract clients progressively (such as chain, snowball or pyramid systems).

Go Global does not assume any liability for any content, data and/or information submitted by Website Users, or any content of linked third-party websites. Specifically, Go Global does not guarantee that those contents are true, fulfill a certain purpose or are suitable for such purpose.
In addition, Go Global will not be liable for any opinions given by Users through the portal, forums, communities, and other participation or opinion tools.
We hereby make it clear that Go Global has no obligation to provide any software equipment or program for accessing the Website. Users should have all the necessary resources for such purpose, including telecommunications resources.

8. User Account Suspension and/or Termination
Go Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Website account in the following events:

- If you misuse the Website for unlawful, abusive or defamatory purposes and/or to facilitate or promote activities to compete with Go Global.

12. Indemnity – Reservations of Go Global
The User agrees to hold Go Global, its dependents, licensors, vendors and licensees, harmless from any and all damages (including any defense costs and fees) arising out of any unlawful or illegal act or event attributable to the User or a third party who uses the User’s account.
Go Global may modify, delete and/or add terms and/or conditions in any clause of this agreement, without the Client’s prior consent, in which case we will notify you of any such change.
Go Global reserves the right to change the Website structure at such time and in any such manner as Go Global may deem timely and convenient.
13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Any matter between Go Global and the User shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic and Spain, the courts of which will have jurisdiction to hear the case, as applicable, waiving any other rules which may refer to the application of any foreign law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts on Commercial Matters of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Madrid (Spain).

Go Global is concerned about defending the Users’ right to privacy. Therefore, Go Global takes any and all necessary technical and organizational measures on the Website to protect the security and integrity of the Personal Information in its system against any unauthorized access, as well as any unintended alteration, loss or destruction.
Users are hereby informed that their Personal Information will be stored using a cloud service and will be protected by security systems which prevent any unauthorized access by third parties to such information.
Data and/or Personal Information transmission by Users through the Website will be done in an encrypted manner and is protected by security techniques that ensure the secure transmission of data using the https protocol. Go Global makes its best effort to have the most up-to-date systems to ensure the effectiveness of these security systems on the Website.
