This Legal Notice regulates the use of the website https://www.goglobal-consulting.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) that the Company Go Global, an Argentinian company domiciled at Esmeralda 1061, Piso 2, Oficina 4, C1007, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, registered with the General Justice Inspection under number 10760 of Book 132 of Limited Liability Companies dated December 1 2009 and owner of this Website, makes available for Internet users.

Go Global comprises different companies established in each of the countries where its registered offices are located (hereinafter, collectively referred to as “Go Global”):

  • Go Global S.R.L. is an Argentinian company domiciled at Esmeralda 1061, Piso 2, Oficina 4, C1007, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • GO GLOBAL CONSULTING CORPORATION is a U.S. company domiciled at 207 E. 5th Ave, Suite 248, Eugene, Oregon 97401, United States of America (Go Global USA).
  • GO GLOBAL Consulting Sociedad Limitada is a Spanish company domiciled at Francisco Lujan, num. 17, Chalet, 28027 Madrid. (Go Global España).

The use of the Website conveys the status of “User of the Website” (hereinafter the “User”) and implies full acceptance of all the legal conditions included in this Legal Notice, which shall be complemented with any other legal texts regulating any Website’s functionality or service.

Go Global advises the User to read this Legal Notice carefully each time they intend to use the Website, because it may be modified.

1.2. Description of the website and purpose

The Website is intended to provide Clients with comprehensive document translation services, training and consulting services; writing and management of content; cultural advice services; multicultural communication services, translation, review and localization of documents and/or texts; interpretation; software development and sale; delivery of IT and data processing services related to any services referred to herein, and management and consulting services related to information systems; project management, graphic design, web design; transcription; audio transcription, subtitling, close captioning, stenography, dubbing and pickup, in addition to making it possible for professionals to provide services, as well as any other service which Go Global may decide to provide in the future.

2. Operation rules

2.1. How does this website work?

You may visit our Website at any time you want. This is totally voluntary and conveys the person who visits it the status of “User”.

In any case, you need to be over 18 years old to be a User.

2.2. Types of users on our website

a) Social media follower: A person who follows us on corporate social media and can eventually use the Website for that reason.

b)Requestor of information: A person who contacts us using any of the means enabled to request information about the Website.

c) Visitor: Individual who browses the Website freely.

d)Client User: Individual who accesses our Website and contracts the services offered by Go Global through the “Client Portal”.

e)Vendor User: Individual who accesses our Website and provides the services offered by Go Global through the “Vendor Portal”.

2.3. Which confidentiality rules do we apply?

When you browse our Website, we may collect your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy. Even though, as a User, you have access, for any reason, to information related to our services or confidential aspects of our project, you are subject to the strictest confidentiality, unless we expressly tell you that you are free to use it. In any case, Website Users should abide by the provisions of our Terms of Use.

2.4.1. User rights

As a User, you have the right to browse the Website, always abiding by the rules set forth in the Legal Notice.

To provide accurate information on the requested data in the forms provided by Go Global for accessing certain content or services offered through the Website.

Accordingly, the User bears the responsibility for the damages that may arise from their improper use.

Not to introduce, store, or spread through the Website any program, data, virus, code, or any other electronic or physical device that could cause damage to the Website.

Not to alter, copy, download, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, license, rent, sell, or imitate the Website, its content, or its base software.

Not to incur activities that are illicit, illegal, or contrary to the good faith, good morals, and public order.

Not to reproduce or copy, distribute, allow access from the public by any means of public communication, transform or modify the content available through the Website, without prior written consent from Go Global.

Not to take advantage of the status of User to access information that is not meant for the User about the content or services provided on this Website, or about Website Users, and make an unauthorized or unlawful use which may cause any type of damage to the company that owns the Website, a third party or a User.

Not to introduce into the Website any kind of link to and/or from defamatory, pornographic, racist web pages and/or any other site providing false information or which may be harmful to the Website and to any of the professionals or collaborators who work with or for the Website.

Not to eliminate, alter, avoid and/or manipulate any protection device and/or security system which may be installed on the Website to commit fraud or a criminal offense, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy and confidentiality rights of Website Users or its owner.

3. Content, intellectual and industrial property policy

All intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the information included on the Website (including texts, data, images, graphics, source code, signs, designs, logotypes, animations, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Go Global, or third parties that have authorized Go Global to include them on the Website; consequently, Go Global is the sole holder of their exploitation rights. 

Go Global allows the User to temporally reproduce and store the contents of the Website provided that this is strictly necessary for the use and display of the Website from a personal device, as long as the elements reproduced are not subsequently assigned to third parties or are installed in a server connected to the Internet or a local network. 

With the exceptions mentioned above, Go Global does not grant any license of use or authorization of any kind regarding its intellectual and/or industrial property rights (copyright, brands, industrial designs, etc.) or any other property or right in connection with the Website, its Services and/or its contents.

In accordance with this, the User may not modify or reproduce, transmit, transform, distribute, publicly communicate, make available, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, this information, without the express written consent of Go Global.

The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights relevant to the contents provided by Users is their sole responsibility; consequently, the User shall hold Go Global harmless from any claims of third parties derived from the illegal use of contents on the Website.

Accordingly, the User recognizes that Go Global has the right to modify the content introduced so that it fits and is compatible with the technical and aesthetic characteristics of the Website.

If the User would like to request any kind of permission from Go Global to use or publish any of the Website contents, they may contact Go Global by any of the means specified in section 1 of this Legal Notice.

4. Responsibilities scheme

4.1. Liability for website access

 

The User will be exclusively responsible for the access to our Website, in terms of the form of access, the information provided and the security while browsing the site.

Go Global states that it has adopted the necessary measures that, within its possibilities and the state of technology, may allow for the correct operation of the Website, as well as the absence of viruses and harmful elements. However, Go Global may not assume liability for the following:

Any temporary disruptions, incidents or technical failures affecting the Website, for reasons not attributable to Go Global, viruses or cyber insecurity caused by third parties, or illegal and disrespectful practices by Users.

The lack of availability, continuity or infallibility of Website operation and, therefore, disclaims, to the largest extent permitted by current laws, any liability for any damages whatsoever which may arise out of the unavailability or disruption of the Website operation and any services enabled on the site, as well as any access errors.

Furthermore, Go Global disclaims any and all liability for IT or other type of damages which the access to the Website content may cause to the visiting User. Therefore, Go Global does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements which may cause damage or alterations in Users’ or third parties’ computer systems, electronic documents or databases.
Damages caused by any person in violation of Go Global’s security systems.

4.2. About the posted content

We will review and update the information posted on our Website, but we cannot ensure that all the information is totally correct, because typos and errors related to inaccurate or incomplete information may occur for any totally-justifiable reason.

The User must consider that materials included in this Website may not reflect the most recent legislative or case law status regarding the analyzed issues. Furthermore, these materials may be modified, developed, or updated without previous notice. Notwithstanding the limitations set forth by current laws, Go Global will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the lack of accuracy, completeness, or topicality of, or errors or omissions in, the Website information or other contents which may be accessed through the site.

4.3. Liability for service failures

In general, Go Global is not liable for technical errors on the Website and/or failure to supply the Internet service due to: (i) third party actions or errors, and /or (ii) causes attributable to Go Global when the incident is resolved and/or Go Global acts diligently.

4.4. Links to third party websites

The conditions set forth in this Legal Notice only refer to the Website. Go Global does not assume any liability for links to third-party websites included on the Website which are provided solely for the User’s convenience.

Go Global has no control over the information, contents, products, or services provided by third parties through the links included on the Website; therefore, the inclusion of links to other websites does not imply Go Global’s approval of their contents nor the existence of any kind of association between Go Global and their owners. Go Global does not assume any liability which may be derived from them, and it is the User’s responsibility to read and accept the legal texts available on them.

In any case, Go Global undertakes to remove any link when the contents to which Users are redirected may be contrary to the provisions of the national or international laws, the morale or the public order.

4.5. Other duties and responsibilities

In the event Go Global is held not liable by a competent Court or Administrative Public Organization in a court or out-of-court proceeding for any damages caused by the circumstances described in the preceding section, and the User is held liable, Go Global may file a claim against the User to recover any and all amounts paid and incurred by Go Global, including any consequential damages and lost profits, and any costs or charges that Go Global had to pay, including without limitation taxes, rates, attorneys’, mandatory court representatives’ and experts’ fees, arbitration, traveling and accommodation expenses.

Go Global reserves the right to disclose any confidential information provided by the Users when required by law, a rule or regulation, ordinance and/or any other legal or court order or government request.

5. Protection and operation of the website

Go Global will keep the Website operational all year long, 24 hours a day, provided the state of the art allows it to do so.

Nevertheless, Go Global reserves the right to modify or interrupt temporarily, in full or in part, the access to the system when required due to maintenance, updating or repair services on the system or the Internet server, with no need to give prior notice to the User.

In the event the User finds any failure, third-party interference, system errors or poor Website operation, the User should notify Go Global so that the issue can be solved.

6. Right to modify this notice

We reserve the right to modify this Legal Notice to fit any new legislation or case law regulations that may originate or be published in the future, and to make any timely changes in accordance with industry or business practices. Conditions published at the time the User accesses Go Global’s Website shall be considered applicable.

When a material or important change is made to this notice, we will previously inform of the changes to be made to our policies on the Website within a reasonable time, stating the planned date when they will become effective.

Access to and/or use of the Website shall be considered as an acceptance by the User of this Legal Notice and its conditions, and, where applicable, the changes made to them.

7. Competent jurisdiction. Applicable law for this website

In the event of conflict with or discrepancy in the construction or application of this Legal Notice, the courts having competent jurisdiction will be the ones corresponding to your address, provided you are domiciled in the Argentine Republic, the Kingdom of Spain (European Union), or the United States of America. In the rest of the world, the courts of the Argentine Republic, by default, will have jurisdiction.

Therefore, the law applicable to Go Global, as service providers, will be Law No. 34/2002 of July 11, on information society services and e-commerce, for any services rendered in Spain and/or the European Union. Whereas, for services rendered in Argentina, the applicable law will be Law No. 25,326 on Personal Information, or any such law which may otherwise apply for this purpose. In the rest of the world, the Argentine law would apply by default.

8. Exclusions of the website legal policy

This legal policy only applies to the information that is posted and the data processing that is based on our Website. Under no circumstances will the terms set forth herein have to be necessarily related to the project policies regarding the actual delivery of services and the way in which they are provided by the owner.

9. What other legal policies apply to this legal notice and the user?

This Legal Notice is supplemented by the other legal policies set forth on our Website and which have been already discussed throughout this Legal Notice, such as the Privacy Policy, the General Terms of Use, and the Cookies Policy, in addition to any other policy which may need to be added or supplemented, in accordance with the provisions of the current laws at each point in time, in order to safeguard the interests of our Users by providing them with the best proof of reliability and transparency.
